If we are still in QLD then we will try to attend. If Ranae doesn't make it. Then I will try to wander out for either a day trip or make a weekend of it. Unfortunately I can't give you an answer until closer to the day.

Coby and I will be there on the Friday and our two guests will arrive on Saturday (Our daughter and Grand daughter).

Is there a cost for the dinner yet?

I'll contact the 4WD park early this week to determine exact costs, conditions, etc. So I'll post all the details and ask for exact numbers shortly. :)

Hi All,

Our club Christmas party is now only 2 and a half weeks away. I've amended the original post with updated cost details about the dinner. All costs are payable directly to the 4WD park on arrival. For convenience, I've pasted the cost information below.

Costs are:
- Roast Dinner - $25 per adult, and $12.50 per child (5 to 15), and free for children under 5. Dinner is based around beef and/or pork, salads, veges, etc
- Camping - $9.50 per adult and $7.00 per child (5 to 15) .... 3rd and 4th child per family is free.
- 4WD pass - $25 per vehicle for the weekend (well, valid for 7 days)

I need to supply the park owners with an exact number of adults and children participating in the dinner event at least 10 days before the event. Just to avoid any confusion, please post another message below with the number of adults and the number of children (5 to 15) who are taking up the dinner option by Wednesday the 20th of Nov.

And don't forget about the Thieving Secret Santa event. If you would like to participate, please bring along a wrapped present ($15 or less) for each person participating.

Unfortunately I cant commit to the party as yet, As it all depends on Ranae and where we are at the time.

If Ranae cant make it then me and a mate will try to attend for a day trip. But like I said we wont know until till closer to the date.
