The major trip for this year is the 3 Corners and Simpson Desert via Coober Pedy from 22nd July to 6th August 2023.
We will be meeting at Thargomindah on Sunday 23rd before heading to Innamincka, Cameron's Corner and down the Strezelecki Track to Maree.
We'll be going south of Lake Eyre to Coober Pedy. The return trip will be via Dalhousie Springs, Poeppel Corner and the Simpson Desert to Birdsville.
We will visit Haddon's Corner on the way to Windorah. Refer to David's Spreadsheet.
There will be a mix of driving grades up to Black Diamond that will be somewhat dependent upon the weather and what is open. There will be a mix of camping and other accommodation.
At this point we have 9 vehicles.
Where: The Desert areas out to Coober Pedy.
Cost: Accommodation, meals, fuel etc.
