Christmas Lunch

Christmas Lunch
Where: Royal Hotel Harrisville, 1 Queen St Harrisville.
When: 12 midday 23rd November
Given that the fire situation has made camping too risky I have made a booking at the Royal Hotel in Harrisville for a lunch time gathering Saturday 23rd Nov - on the back veranda.
It is a very nice spot https://www.royalhotelharrisville.com.au/.
I did consider a dinner but it meant driving home along country roads at night.
Hopefully it won't be too hot. The booking is for midday. Dress for warm weather.
I'll have the awards with me - and we'll present them. So if you want a chance to defend your honour by putting up your side of the story you will need to be present.
We could also take the opportunity to have our official AGM.
Could you let me know by Wednesday who is coming so I can confirm the numbers - although they seemed pretty relaxed about numbers.
If you'd like a bit of a day out I could recommend a run up the Warrego Highway to have a look at the new Toll Road up the Range.
I believe Tolls don't apply for another couple of weeks.
Alternatively Moogerah Dam is not that far away - along country roads. About 30km or so. Roughly same with Boonah.
But plan to be back at Harrisville for a midday start.
