Hi everybody just wanted to say cheers for the invite to join you guys for your Xmas weekend.
What an amazingly beautiful spot we had just stunning. and safe for the kids to venture off and explore.
As newbies we would like to thank you all for making us feel very much a part of a welcoming family.
The pub meal was great and the Xmas thieving was fun But next year maybe there should be more flying pigs and Byron Bay cookies
We had a fantastic time and look forward to next years adventures.
. so again thank you for the committees hard work and for the company of all.

And a big thanks for everyone who was able to attend. We had people come from Toowoomba, Ipswich, and even from NSW.
It seemed like everyone had fun with the Treasure Hunt, the Thieving Secret Santa event, and the kids seemed happy with the Chocolate hunt Sunday morning. Though a bit damp Friday evening, it didn't rain after Saturday morning, and we even had sunny skies on Sunday.
Below is a quick photo of the majority of the group at Sandy Creek.
People having a meal at the Exchange Hotel in Kilcoy.
A photo of half of the group at the thieving Santa event.
And a photo of some others, including the camp fire.
Many people who arrived Friday afternoon were able to participate in a Saturday morning drive into the Glasshouse Mountains. There was one steep incline with some good steps that even a twin locked Toyota 80 series has a bit of a challenge to climb .... but it made it up the incline in the end.
Thanks again to all who attended, and a big thanks to Jane for organising the meals at the Exchange Hotel, and Ben for chairing the Thieving Secret Santa event.
Please feel free to post any other photos of the event that you would like to share with the group.
Thanks
Dave.

I think that was our best Christmas party yet!
Many thanks to Dave for all the hard work setting up the scavenger hunt. We had a really good time on the hunt. Hunter particularly enjoyed it (even though I got my team lost).
Many thanks to Jane for organising the dinner at the pub. They were really good means. We were all impressed in the initiative they had to make the place mats with our good looking logo.

Hi everybody,
Tracey and I wanted to add our congratulations to the committee who organized such a terrific weekend - even though we were only there for the day.
The venue was terrific, the activities great and I thought the venue/tucker at the Christmas party was excellent. The thieving secret Santa was a great laugh.
Well done to Dave, Ben, Jane and everyone else who pitched in to making the event such a success.
And the company shared from the whole club was outstanding. We are also looking forward to the next trip and the smorgasbord of activities next year.
Even the shaky start to the treasure hunt was fun as our illustrious team leader headed into uncharted country. I'd blame the dark glasses!
I hope the pig will make an appearance next year too!.
So again - congratulations to the organizers!!
Cheers.
Don

As everyone else has said, thanks for organising a great Christmas Party Dave and Jane, and Ben for doing an excellent job with the Secret Santa.
Here a couple of photos I took
The length some teams will go to to hide clues in the treasure hunt
The Bon Bons provide us with some entertainment at dinner, little yellow frogs were flying from one end of the table to the other
Louis' campfire - he did a great job loading it up.
Jonathan providing us with some great music to entertain us into the night.
