The spotties have been fixed, various rattles have been repaired. Now using the sub tank (will have to replace the fuel filter soon just in case). Also fixed the turbo timer mounting.
The light in the glove box has defeated me so far. No power is getting to it. Cut-out switch is Ok. The Gregorys manual does not have the glove box light in the wiring diagram, so It's hard to trace it back. Next time I pull the dash apart I'll give it another crack.
I pulled the over boost sensor out and checked it. It does switch at about the required pressure, but I can't be sure as I was just using my track pump and the pressure readout was not too accurate. I think I'll need to make up a better tool for the job.
The UHF, diff breathers, power points, brake controller and battery isolator have been stripped out of the Lux. Did it all in one night (much easier to get it out then put it in!).
Had a look at the diffs on the cruiser. They have diff breathers on already that raise it up about 30cm. The more I look over this car the more impressed in the detail of the design.
