Hi Members,
I'm considering a day trip to Bribie Island. It's more of an early afternoon trip up the inland track, along the main beach to the WWII bunkers, and then a stop at "First Lagoon" to have a splash and watch the sun set (behind us), and cook an early dinner on the beach.
Low tide should be around 4:45pm, so there is no rush to be off the beach.
Where: Bribie Island
Cost: Requires a beach permit. Log into http://www.nprsr.qld.gov.au book your beach permit online. A one month and one year permit is available.
When: Sunday 13th Nov 1.30pm for a 1.45pm start.
Meeting Place: Meet at the carpark just behind the BP Servo (BP, Cnr Goodwin Dve & Hornsby Rd Hornsby Road, Bribie Island QLD 4507)
