Springbrook Host Farm - 25-27 April

Tim has decided that we are going to Springbrook Host Farm for the long weekend and he has asked me to lead the trip. I have not been to this property before, however it did look interesting on a 4wd Action DVD (Issue 198). It is a working cattle property, but they have some old logging tracks for 4wding.

Please note that this is bush camping, there are no toilets or showers. Bring your own or go grubby.

Where: Springbrook Host Farm - Near Goomeri
Cost: $20 per day per vehicle - includes camping and 4wd driving
When: 25-27 April
Meeting Place: BP Service Centre Morayfield (Nth Bound) at 8:40am for a 9:00am departure
UHF: Channel 13
Trip Standard: Blue Square to Black Diamond

I remember the episode on the 4WD action DVD, and in particular the steep valley. It looked like a lot of fun.
Unfortunately I can probably only get a single day off this long weekend, and probably isn't worth driving out for only a day. So I'll have to give this trip a miss.
