Just summarising who is coming along. The numbers in brackets are people participating in the dinner and the included deserts.

- Dalmatian (2 Adults) coming Friday.
- BenJancz (1 Adult)
- Dave (2 Adults, 4 kids)
- jonathan.viki (2 Adults)
- Capella_Ben (2 Adults, 3 kids)
- Cheesemaker (2 for dinner)
maverick01 ( possibly 0, 1 or 2 adults)
- gilcoby (3 Adults) - Coby and Gilbert arriving Friday.

- neuvotech (party of 5, but not participaing in the catered dinner)

The meeting point is the Shell at Aratula. Please arrive by 8:45am to sign the trip sheet, and to allow for a 9am sharp departure.
We will then meet Dalmatian and gilcoby at Janowen Hills park.

I'm hoping the weather will be reasonably good, but keep an eye out on the forum on the evening of the 29th. We would only cancel the event if server storms are forecast.

Just a quick note for the people arriving Friday.

The park owners have asked people arriving on Friday to just drive into the park and setup (near the shed). They will come around in the afternoon to collect the fees.

For the people driving down Saturday, we will stop at the their shop around 4km up the road. Having the correct money available would be appreciated by the owners.

We will be staying the Saturday night, Cheesemaker, Michele, Anita and we would like to join you all for dinner. I will not be 4x4 driving my truck so I'll need to bum a ride off whoever on the sat and sun.
Remember to bring a Pink shirt gents.
